How long does a website take?
A typical custom store takes 2–4 weeks from our first chat to launch day, depending on the number of products and features. You'll get an exact timeline in your quote before we start — and I'll keep you updated as I build.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets one fixed quote — no hourly billing, no surprise costs. Simple business sites start from $80; full online stores cost more depending on features. You know the full price before I write a single line of code.
Who owns the code?
You do — 100%. No licenses, no lock-in, no “my platform, my rules”. After launch you receive the complete source code, and it's yours to keep, move, or hand to anyone.
Who handles hosting and the domain?
You own both. I help you set them up on reliable hosting, connect your domain, and make sure everything runs smoothly. There are no monthly platform fees — just the standard hosting cost, which is far less than a Shopify subscription.
Why not just use Shopify?
You can — but you'll pay every month forever, and you're limited to what their system allows. A custom store has no monthly fees, loads faster, and does exactly what your business needs instead of forcing you into a template.
What happens after launch?
I don't disappear on launch day. If something I built isn't working right, tell me and I'll make it right. And when you're ready for new features or changes down the road, I'm one message away.
